Building and running a call centre team
EngageX is a new call centre company serving UK and US businesses. It needed agents, structure and clients, fast. I recruited, onboarded and trained the agents, run several UK and US campaigns day to day, set up call quality checks and performance tracking, and help bring in new clients.

Recruiting across borders
TalentX connects employers with talent in Nigeria and abroad. As executive assistant to the founder, I manage his schedule and communications and run the company's social media and his LinkedIn. I also recruit for client roles, from nurses who relocated to work for an employer abroad to plumbers, real estate agents and data analysts in Nigeria, Portugal and Spain.

About me
I grew up in Lagos, Nigeria, and studied Microbiology at Lagos State University of Science and Technology (LASUSTECH). Science taught me to be precise and keep careful records, and I bring the same habits to operations.
Today I work at the centre of two growing businesses: EngageX Customer Solutions, a call centre company serving UK and US clients, and TalentX Workforce Solutions, a recruitment and staffing company. My job is to keep things moving. I run call centre campaigns, hire and train the agents who deliver them, manage the founder's schedule and communications, run the companies' social media, and find and pitch new clients on LinkedIn.
Before that, I worked remotely for an independent artist in the US, handling travel, studio schedules and partner communication across time zones. During my NYSC year I taught and supported school administration, which is where I learned to train people and keep a busy place organised.
